I've written to dwp asking for them to look at the points that have been awarded in the MH or RJ decision but haven't heard anything back yet even that they have received this letter, any advice

You are the third query today I have come across in regards to LEAP.

The first question I would ask you is, did you send the letter by recorded delivery, if you did check with Royal mail that it was delivered?

You may want to try and get your MP involved as they can speed the case up, we have had one member on the forum who has been successful, but it was a bit of an ordeal, they have posted a message of encouragement tonight on the forum.
