Help - I'm confused and slightly panicking! I have cfs/me and, due to my symptoms gradually getting worse, I had gradually been reducing the hours I work. Since the end of last year I have been on a 12 hour per week contract. I very recently discovered that the hours I now work, and the amount I now earn, fall under the permitted work higher limit for new style ESA so 9 days ago I filled in the initial online application and then got my doctor to provide fit notes as evidence, which I have also submitted. I haven't filled in and submitted a permitted work form (PW1) as I had interpreted that as something you needed to do if you were already claiming ESA when you start the permitted work. But now I'm worried I've got that wrong. Should I have sent the DWP a permitted work form a week ago when I applied? Should I do it urgently now? I'm worried my application is going to be rejected.
