Hi Mods Sorry i cannot find my last feed. I have had four phone calls regarding a overpayment, none of which have been clear as to what is going to happen about SDP overpayment. I made a MR over the phone with one of the callers. Do i have to put this in writing? I clearly informed them i had a carer a number of times. My carer informed the job centre that he was my carer, as well as carers allowance. This has been going on since December 2020. Not one letter explaining this error. What shall i do now?

In regards to your question about MR, it is always advisable to put it in writing and send by recorded delivery, that way you have proof of posting .
