Pain chart was created by sweetpea
Ref PIP renewal. I have several health issues that impact on daily living etc. Is it worth sending in a pain chart showing them? The pain chart is a front & back figure & I was going to highlight where my pain is. I want to make sure I send in lots of evidence supporting my claim. I also have a gp's letter dated June 2018 describing my medical status. I used it in my previous appeal which was 2 years ago. Is it still relevant? Many thanks

Hi sweetpea

I can't say whether you should or shouldn't send in a pain chart showing where your pain is - but I would say be careful how you mark it. I think it is all too easy for someone who may not have knowledge of your condition to misinterpret what you mark and assume you can do things - because you haven't marked part of the body as a specific pain area,.

Regarding the GPs letter - it is fine to include it from 2018.
