I cannot answer your question as I do not have enough information.

You say that you ' received 15 points on my esa but it ran out last october' Were you receiving CB ESA and placed in WRAG?

If you were placed in WRAG then CB ESA will only be payable for one year, if you had been placed in the support group then it is indefinite.

Unfortunately you will not be able to claim again as ESA is no longer available to new claimants, new claimants have to apply for 'New Style ESA' which is the same as CB ESA as it is based on your national insurance contributions www.gov.uk/guidance/new-style-employment...wance-detailed-guide
