I have just received my pip payment today and there is an additional £110 in. Should I ring and enquire in case it is an overpayment. Trouble is I get flustered on the phone so any advice welcome

Hi Yeovijules

I'm sorry, I have no idea what the extra money might be. You could wait a week or so to see if you receive a letter about it.

If you don't hear after that time - you could ignore it, but it will probably worry you.

You could write and ask - if it's too much to phone, or get someone else to phone on your behalf - if that's possible.

Hi yeoviljules

Just a thought, but has your award gone up from standard to enhanced?
