Hi, I have recently been awarded a injury compensation claim, Iv been informed that you are allowed from the DWP a 52 week disregard/grace time limit. If this is correct, do you have to still inform the dwp of your compensation, if you received ESA/PIP. Thank you.

Hi Ann

The insurers should inform the government via the DWP of any payments made to you.
