Hi there
can anyone please explain the LEAP system to me? I am currently on i have always been on indefinite award of Higher rate Mobility and lower Rate care
I want to know if i need to apply fr the LEAP or the DWP will generally get back to me. If i need to apply, for the LEAP review, how can one go about it? Many thanks for your kind help

The LEAP review is looking at claims regarding people who were not awarded any mobility points or were only awarded a few for PIP.
You sound as if you are on DLA as you are talking about higher and lower rates. In which case the LEAP review does not apply.

i was converted from DLA to PIP about 2 years ago Enhanced rate of mobility. so i take it that the LEAP review does not apply to me? many thanks
