Hi everyone, Something that I thought I would share. It seems obvious that during a long and gruelling assessment over the phone that it might be appropriate to have a small break. You might even get the chance to have a cup of tea! The assessor will want to be sure you've had a cup of tea and are ready to go again. But...then be warned, I am aware of several recent comments in the assessment report that states 'claimant was observed to make tea', which then leads to further negative assumptions that if you can make tea you can do all the descriptor activities. Just thought all of you should be aware of this.
