Hi. I am just about to return my PIP renewal form and have noticed that there is no address on the return envelope. I wasn't going to use it anyway as i'm sending it recorded delivery. The only address on the paper work is on the far right hand side which doesn't even align with the see through window part of the return envelope !! The address is also on the part that you tear off and don't send.. So, would the address I need to send it to be that one?, its: Personal Independence Payment 4. Post handling site B. Wolverhampton. W99 1AA. I have tried ringing DWP but can't get through. Can u help pls. Many thanks.
