Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hello Kenny,
I think a halfway way point is possibly the best route here. You are right, you might antagonise an assessor by challenging them as to whether or not they have done the preparation they should have done prior to the assessment.
However, during your assessment it is wise to make sure that you tell them of all the important factors in your claim. You could make a list in advance and tick it off as you cover the points, (that is what I do at Tribunal hearings). If you have an unusual condition or it impacts you in an unusual way it is also worth making sure that you cover that.
Hope that helps

Hi kenny
PA4 - is the assessment form completed by an assessor for a face to face or telephone assessment.
PA3 - is the assessment from completed by an assessor for a paper-based assessment.
You can ask for a copy of the PA4 forty-eight hours after your assessment. Some claimants are wrongly told that they cannot have the form until the decision has been made. If you are told this - don't waste time arguing, just phone again and get a different call handler.
