Hello everyone.
I get pips, so know roughly how they work.
My Nephew has problems like adhd and stuff like that. Nice lad though, he claimed for it last August, they say they have received it, my mum rang them up in November and they said it had gone to an assessor, she called again in March and they said there is an anomaly with it but did not say what. Seems a bit of a long time to be considering a claim
.
Has anyone any advice on what our next step should be.
Thank you in advance. Fantastic site.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hello Kevin,
In case you don't know it your full name seems to be showing, if you would like to change that there are instructions here.
My full name is showing, how can I stop it.
I would have expected to hear something from them by now. Perhaps start with another phone call, you might get through to someone who will give you a little more information. You should ask them what stage the claim is at and when you can reasonably expect to hear from them. If you don’t get anywhere then I would follow up the phone call with a similar letter.

Hello Catherime I had changed it or thought I had did it before I posted but obviously it didn't work.
Thanks for your reply will let you know how it goes
One other thing he was very stressed at a previous pip interview and the assessor asked him if he wanted to go outside for 10 minutes. In the award letter it said he was okay and showed no sign of stress at all, he was also smartly dressed which my mum sorted and that also went against him.
