Hi I have finally got my telephine interview after a year for esa medical. I transferred from income support and am lomg term disabled. However i am now in hospital. Is it worth having the interview whikst here or do i inform them straight away. I know to send them the discharge as soon as out. I just didnt know what happens at telephone medical when i say in hospital or i have emergency sirgery at the time.
I'm sorry to hear you're in hospital. You can't have the interview while you're in hospital. It's not appropriate at all. Give them a ring asap and inform them of the situation. I would tell the assessment service and the DWP.
