Hi FizzyLola
We used to tell people it was 6 - 8 weeks, but in the current climate, it's impossible to offer you an accurate time. Several members have been told about eight weeks from completion of the assessment, but some are being dealt with quite quickly and some are waiting much longer than eight weeks.

I phoned them as I forgot to add my repeat prescription in the papers when returning it to them. The person on the end of the phone said that there was a backlog with the post and they couldn’t see my form I sent in two weeks earlier. I was told to call back in a couple of weeks to see if the had all the paperwork.
I am expecting a long wait !!
