My daughter has just been given thirteen days notice for a telephone interview for her Esa. She hasn’t been asked to complete a capability for work form. It is two years since she last completed one and had a face to face interview where she was put in the support group. Is this fair or normal? She has not had the opportunity to submit any supporting evidence and is having a major panic. Can you offer any advice?
It is becoming quite common for the DWP not to send out the review forms. Your daughter can ring and insist on being sent one, saying that she wants to submit additional information.
