hi everyone hopes you have a good bank holiday..
on the PA4 consistently on each question on how your disability affects you
(claimant did not report significant functional problem) what does this mean how do i deal with this or answer this correctly,it on each page of every question, please can some help.)

Hello Toks,
It means that the assessor is saying that either on the PIP2 form or at your assessment you did not say that you had any particular problems with the activity.
The way I would address is it to go through each activity and state what problems you do have. I think you will find out guides helpful in reminding you the sort of areas you might experience issues. I know it sounds obvious that everyone should know there own problems, but when you live with something all the time it is possible to forget the adaptations to life you have to make.
You don't say whether or not you have received a decision yet. Either way you need to write a letter as I suggest, but if you have not yet received the decision you need to say that it is a request that the Decision Maker also takes these matters into consideration but this is not a request for a Mandatory Reconsideration. If however you have received the decision then you need to state that you are requesting a Mandatory Reconsideration.
Either way, if you have any additional supporting evidence you can send in, then go for it!
Frustrating I know, but people have won the correct awards from the position you currently find yourself in.
