We have sent in a Mandatory Reconsideration form, filled it online and printed it sent with evidence. But have not phoned them. Would this be alright, or do we have to phone them first, really confused now? Thank you in advance for any advice.
What you have done is fine, however we do recommend that you give the DWP a ring a few days after you have sent in the MR request to make sure that they have received it.
