PIP review phone consultation cancelled

I will call for a copy of the assessment report PA4 as you suggest and scrutinise for factual errors.

Previous PA4s I’ve obtained have contained inaccuracies and falsehoods. Something I highlighted and submitted in evidence when I successfully went to appeal on one occasion some years back.

... and [Hi Infinitum], you don't have to wait to appeal stage to do so. Thanks entirely to B&W I wrote ASAP to Decision Maker, contesting daughter's PA4. Result getting Enhanced x2 off a report that would have scarcely got her standard.

Sweet success! My PIP has been renewed.

Despite my default negativity throughout this energy draining process (for which I apologise), I’ve been awarded PIP again. This time Enhanced for mobility, up from Standard. Daily Living rate remains at Standard. I am gobsmacked. And profoundly relieved.

I received a call from the DWP case assessor quite soon after my telephone health assessment with Independent Assessment Services. The DWP assessor asked me a number of short supplementary questions re my conditions and their impact on my life. Then said they would be in touch as soon as possible.

I received the white envelope with my award very soon after. All told, a very speedy process once the initial phone consultation was done. Less than two weeks.

I’d previously received a copy of my PA4 assessment report as you suggested. It contained a number of inaccuracies. But at that stage I felt it unnecessary to contest.
