Hi sam,
Of course you can use previous letters, but it might be preferable to get some new letters. Can you get a letter from your GP or consultant or failing that can you get a print out of your recent medical history from the doctor?
If you have any information you sent in for UC, you can send this in too.
Additionally, if a relative or friend can write a statement about how your disabilities affect you this would also help.
Good luck.

Hi do you know if the change of circumstances form for PIP is the same as the first one they send? I wold like to try and get started on it before it arrives as find it extra hard being dyslexic. Many thanks

Hi sam
If you reported a change then you would have received a PIP2 to complete this was the form that you filled in when you originally applied for PIP, although there is a new PIP2 form which is being sent out.

Hi Sam
No we don't know of the differences in the forms yet, because they are not being universally used. We understand the substance of the questions has not changed, so if you use our guides you should be okay.
