ESA work capability assessment was created by Williamsmp
I had my WCA for ESA yesterday . It was strange because the assessor didn’t seem to ask me any questions regarding my Pelvic Floor Prolapse which makes me bladder and fecally incontinent or my osteoarthritis which causes me pain and weakened fingers wrists etc focusing more on my mental health which is another illness I am afflicted by . Why would that be ?

Confused

Kind Regards

Hi OscarPoppy

I can't tell you why the assessor didn't ask you about a particular medical condition. Sometimes they don't ask because they think they already have enough information from the evidence a claimant has sent in.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
