pip pa 4 not 48 hours to upload

had my pip telephone assessment last Wednesday took 50 minutes. asked for the the pa 4 on Friday they said it takes 1 week to 10 day's to load on the system phoned pip again yesterday. then was told the same thing thanks for helping us all your doing a brilliant job.many thanks

Think it's a new thing Catherine I received a text message today saying they have received my written assessment so I'm on the phone now waiting to ask about the p.a.4 lol thanks for your reply.

Hi Mark, I would act innocent and call again, [and maybe again], this is not acceptable as if they are let take this long, they may not have done the write up promptly therefore may have forgotten or mis-remembered much of what you said!
