completing PIP for someone else was created by queenmalka

I will be completing the PIP form for someone else, but i am not a DWP appointee. Is it best to get the person to sign the form or should i tick the box on the PPI form stating i want to become the appointee? thanks Malka

Hi Malka

Complete the form using the third person eg" X finds it impossible to wash themselves because of ..."

Get them to sign the form. You can also sign it. (This is what I do when I fill one in for someone else).
