Hi B&W,

Unfortunately due to my health getting worse and coping with noisy neighbours since 2016,i might have to move home!...
its not very likely that my housing association will be able to help ,with a specific kind of home that i need... so i was wandering would it be possible to get a mortgage if i'm a on PIP and ESA?
I might be posting this Q in the wrong website if yes Sorry in advance.

Many Thanks
P

Hi purity

Your question is beyond the scope of the forum.

You need to speak to a Mortgage Broker/Independand Financial Adviser: Try Unbiased website www.unbiased.co.uk

Hi. I don’t know your particular requirements obviously, but these might be worth a look.
If they are suitable, the waiting list is a while, and you usually have to wait to join the waiting list..
My philosophy… short term pain.. long term gain…
Also, some Housing Associations do ‘shared ownership’ which may suit..
