Atos, at it again. Going to expose them.

Like most of us on here, we have all had the dreaded Medical Assessment by a { HEALTH PROFESSIONAL ????? } then been shocked by what they have written. This isn't one bad apple, it is common practice. I believe they are told to mark down to save the Government money at our expense, Atos keep there contract, we loose out on our benefit.
So I say record it as I did.
I have two claims going on
Tribunal Following a journey, where the DWP used ESA info, to stop me being paid, when that didn't work, they are trying the 13 month rule, meaning I should have contacted them in 2016, even though they did not contact me until 2021.
2 Normal claim for PIP where I lost my mobility. I put in a MR, no reply yet. But I did get my medical assessment back, which as we all know is a crock of sxxt. I phoned DWP and got to speak to a case worker { never happened to me before} she looked at my case, medication etc, and said she was very concerned about the report, and asked me to expose Atos as they were unable too.
Atos are playing with our lives and they are not fit for purpose, for some it has been a life or death situation.
Should I do the dirty work for the DWP or expose ATOS and the DWP.

I am with you as I have very bad experience's with so called ATOS? Any time will to take legal action just be notify please I have good story for ATOS. Not only this please remember Catherine advise calmly too, but as I said I am with you anywhere anytime.

I think. like you Adam, that a lot of us here have reason to expose ATOS. They are obviously working to an agenda set by the DWP as so many claimants win at Appeal.

I'm sure a lot of us would join you in any action to back you up. I understand Capita are just as bad.
