Z2K Report on Disability Benefits Assessments

Do you remember in the fortnightly newsletter a while back we were invited to take part in a survey being run by the poverty charity Z2K about the state of assessments for disability benefits?

Well, I did submit evidence for them, along with many other people, and today their report has been published. It's not massive, just 10 pages. It won't contain many surprises for those of us who have endured unfair assessments for disability benefits, or had to challenge the DWP's decisions at mandatory reconsideration level or at first-tier tribunal level, but it will make you feel like you are very much not alone!
