Hi, I've received a letter from DWP about my PIP ending and to call a number on the letter if I want it to continue. I thought they sent a form to fill in then they assess?
If your last award was confirmed through a tribunal or it was an award of less than two years, then you will not be sent a review form, you will have to reapply for PIP. The phone call is just to confirm your details like date of birth, national insurance, doctor's name and some of your medical conditions before they send you out a new form.
