I understand you can't tell me what to say but how are they dealing with all of the reviews and the lack of contact with anybody to madicaly ???

Hi Jacqui
You are absolutely right there are lots of claimants worrying about reviews and lack of evidence. You can't magic it out of the air, and many doctors are unwilling to provide any. If you've had little contact or none, then you say so and explain why (eg services not available, services cut etc etc). You remind the reader that the lack of contact is not because you don't need it and is due to the pandemic. Then you refer back to any old information that you have and say whether your condition is the same or has deteriorated.

Hi Jacqui, to me this is where a diary really really comes in. If you can compile it yourself good. If not do not panic. I did one for our daughter. I tried to call or text her most days, using my mobile. Then I made a table document with columns for date, what I did [call or text, a word or two about my message], what reply I got or none, comments, [eg "this shows she is fatigued as she would normally reply"]. Then I went through my phone filling it all in for several weeks.
So if you have a relative or friend who will do this you need not even do it yourself.
Good wishes, Denby
