Hello there, in the process of complaint for maladministration.

Before i make a FOI, Would anyone know what the service levels are for completing a PIP from the point of transfer from DWP?

I suspect that as with all areas of life at the moment there is the catch all excuse of 'covid' for use when things do not happen as they should.
