Hi I am a little confused I have just received a decision on my PIP award following returning a PIP review AR1 form.
I have been awarded an increase in rate from standard to enhanced for Daily Living. I continue with enhanced award for mobility
My increased reward is now extended to 3 March 22
My current award was due for review June 21 this was extended a further 12 months to June 22 due to COVID delays.
So this has actually reduced my current award from end of June 22 to Beginning of March 22 This seems odd when the decision letter states they are extending my award for a longer time.
This does not seem to be correct. Appreciate advice on what I should do. Thank You Lillian
That is really terrific news, well done and congratulations. We hear on this forum many members who get an extension only to receive the review form a few weeks later.
I would contact the DWP and ask if the extended date is correct and at the same time ask for a copy of your assessment report by the sound of your post DWP did a paper based review called a PA3.
