Hi thisgovermentsgonetoofar,
I'm lost for words, just can't get me head around the fact that so-called NHS nurses who supposed to look after the ill/sick, and disabled, can work for atos/capita/maximus. They have no shame just greed. Its beyond comprehension.
regards.

..........from what I have read, seen and heard in various media, it seems that they get paid mega-bucks especially if they are quick with each assessment.
As would be expected, the fast turn-over of staff due to pressure and early 'burnout' means the majority don't last long and indeed many need crawl back to the NHS.
Of course I may have got it all wrong.

Hi Phrank,
No you have not gotten it wrong.
(As would be expected, the fast turn-over of staff due to pressure and early 'burnout' means the majority don't last long and indeed many need crawl back to the NHS.)
So post burnout means they dont last long. And Atossers/ maximus/capita simply just hire more non professional healthcare workers again. Subsequently its just continues in this cycle, hence claimants continue to suffer trough lack of professionalism, and empathy.
Regards.
Good luck to all, were gonna need it.

Hi Mr,
Yes, I'm mostly going on my past experiences. Out of all of them I've had two bad experiences; on of which ( my last one) was far worse than bad - it was a total sham.
I'd put money my assessor being one of the many having to crawl back to the the NHS - and not long after my assessment.
The question is: would they have had her back? Well I think the Nursing and Midwifery Council may have had something to say.
Regards,
Phrank.
