Hello,

I currently have my PIP renewal form to complete. Is there anywhere I can see a list of any changes to the regulations/law since my last assessment (Sep 2018)?

Hi Mel

You can see what legal changes there have been on the government website

www.gov.uk/search/all?keywords=pip&order=relevance

If you have a review form to complete - I would advise you to read our guide for up to date information on completing it. You'll find the information from page 113 onwards.

Hi Mel, Disability Rights UK lists the most relevant Case Law.. that might be worth a look..
