ESA and UC was created by mercy

hello everyone hope you are enjoying the sun.
please I am new to the benefit process and forms I need help,
ESA and UC
which 1 do I do 1st should I call or do in online
what the fast way to get it both done easiest ESA and UC and what can I claim under each 1.
I am currently on PIP both living and daily component i have disability.
