Hi, on my last pip assessment report the HP ticked the box at the back to indicate that she felt my limitations would still be present at my next review. Is it worth mentioning that on my review form or do they automatically check that section themselves, and how much weight does that carry ?
I would point it out to them. Don't assume they read the previous review and even if they did read it that they remember when making the new report. If in doubt always tell them.
