Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Elizabeth
PIP forms are not currently available on line. You can type all your answers on separate sheets making sure it's clear which question you're answering rather than using the form.
There is no facility on the forum to make posts that you have read.

Hi Elizabeth, might be obvious but do be sure to put your name and NI No. along the top of every sheet. It is also recommended to attach them by making a hole in the top corner and using string or a treasury tag to tie together, so no sheets get lost before they are separated to be fed through an auto-feed scanner by the DWP's subcontractors.
Best wishes, Denby

Morning Elizabeth. If you have a scanner with OCR you can scan the application form into your computer. Type your answers on a separate sheet, and then cut and paste your bits onto the form. DWP need the QR Code which will be individual to you, so ensure you include this. When you are done just print it out. I did this and had no probs.
If you don’t have access to this (scanner with OCR) see if any friends/ family can help. They just need to scan the application form, save it as a file and then send it to you..
I didn’t know my photocopier/scanner combo had this until I checked the instruction manual
