Just for the information of drivers of non WAV [wheelchair adapted vehicle] Motability cars [which are 5 years as standard I believe]. Thanks to a knowledgeable car dealer, we have today got our 3 year lease extended to 5 years. Apparently Motability do not show this on the website for business reasons. It just took my husband a few minutes slightly edgy phone conversation about the mileage [and original down payment] and the job was done. A big win for mental stability for a person with an autistic spectrum condition not having to change so soon/so often. Hope this helps others especially if struggling to get the deposit together needing a more expensive vehicle to suit the disability, [as we do]. Kind regards, Denby
