Hi All, Does anyone know if the DWP has changed legislation to allow them to give an appointment time of "BETWEEN" an hours slot time like 10-11am or 1-2pm. I have had a look but can't see anything.
This is not something which is covered by legislation. To be honest, the ‘between times’ are really no different to turning up for a 3pm appointment at an assessment centre and finding they are running 45 mins late. I think it is just an acknowledgement of reality; however frustrating that is.
