I have been trying to get through to the enquiry line for weeks now. Every time I ring I give all relevant information to the automated woman and then it just cuts me off. I rang the new claim line to explain and they said they are inundated with calls about the issue with the enquiry line. Told me to try it again but not select any option, let it repeat itself and then it should ring and put me through to an advisor. Tried and failed. It just cut me off again. Does anyone know of a different number that I can ring? Thanks
