Hi magpiejoe08, if you have not yet had your decision, please consider writing in ASAP to "The Decision Maker" to say how you disagree with all the stuff about care if you can.
Coldly refer to your best bit of evidence for each descriptor, point out the car drive to the shop only takes you [however few] minutes, and say whether or not you could do that much effort again in a day. You can use this to try to argue back that while you do drive, it is for such a short period that any strength you do use, you cannot maintain long enough to do the care things you need, not *safely* *to an acceptable standard* *as often as required* and *in a reasonable length of time*. Also when driving you are sitting down, this could be relevant to any activity you could not avoid standing for, if you did not have help.
