Hi all ,
I am due to have a telephone assessment at the end of this month after submitting a form for worsening conditions, At tribunal I received 8 points for daily living and 10 points for mobility ,
As I am in the clinically vulnerable group I have not been able to see my health care professionals so only my word to offer !
can anyone offer any advice please .

A lot of claimants have been unable to provide up to date medical information, so try not to worry about it. You can only tell them how it affects you, making sure that you stick to the PIP criteria. Look at the up to date Guide to PIP and Reviews and read the advice on telephone assessments. There are ten pages of advice starting from page 91

Hi Disaillusioned, even this close I would try to compile a diary up to the assessment, as this will show which things affect you on the majority of days. And you can draft it against the 4 standards;
safely, to an acceptable standard, in a timely manner ie not more than twice as long as a 'normal person and as often as required eg get food 3 times a day. So write if getting a meal lays you out for 2 hours or you have to take extra painkillers to manage a shower etc. There are diary templates on here.
