ESA and occupation pension was created by Kim clifton
Hi, could you give me some advice please. My husband has received a letter from ESA today which says that the amount will be reduced due to my occupational pension. My husband gets ESA support group for both of us, we also get enhanced PIP for both of us, my husband is of pensionable age and receives his state pension. When I contacted CA they explained that my pension was not an amount that they could deduct from and sent me an example. I get £142.30 per month, which equates to £32.80 per week, so this is what has been deducted per week. Thank you.

Hi Kim

I'm sorry but your questions is outside the scope of this forum. If you want clarification you need to speak to a specialist benefits adviser. If you don't have one you might find one in your local area here advicelocal.uk/
