some invaluable advice in my opinion, aslo record it urself, because they will tell you it got deleted accidentally in one aspect or another, save you a lot of extra stress depression and anxiety chasing them up over and over and over. they will read out statements about the recording before they start and they will promise they send it automatically by courier. dont trust them.
