Assessors Report PA4?

I had my telephone assessment several weeks ago, and I've waited longer that the required 48 hours to request the report. I wrote to them and phoned them as a back up. Week before last I spoke to a Case Manager (was put through to him as the girl who took my call couldn't answer my question) So while I had him on the phone I "formally" requested the PA4 form again. That is three times now, and I have not received it. The Case Manager actually said to me "Wait until you have your decision letter first". So tomorrow very first thing I'm going to request it again, for the fourth time. Still not got my decision letter but obviously the award has been reduced because for two months now I've been able to see the results in the bank.I
I'm at my wits end trying to get hold of my PA4! Wish me luck for the fourth time lucky!

Well thank you to the advice on here to ring at 9am. I waited half an hour which us a lot more bearable rhan an hiurs wait on the phone, especially when you're ill.
Anyway PIP admitted they hadn't yet sent me my decision letter and they should have, and as they can print off the assessors report right there I will get that before the decision letter. So hopefully this week I will get something in the post......

They are sneaky (insert own word here).. Last time I requested my Assessors Report I asked about four times in letter form and by phone… I eventually got it AFTER the MR deadline… then used my ‘not attacking the report’ as reason not to grant an award at MR and FTT…
Keep on phoning/ writing and keep records…. They are not to be trusted.

Dear Judy, I do wish you well, but their disgusting deliberate tactics have reduced or deprived you of your chance to go through the report and write in to contest it BEFORE the decision maker decision-made. As such, if you can manage it once you have dealt with MR or whatever, please contact your MP to protest, as this is unjust treatment not to say maladministration. And Angel please too if you can, so agree they are not to be trusted, though there's the odd one but the best one I met soon left...
