Hi Adrian

Eight weeks is a flexible time frame not a definitive one. Indeed there is no legal time frame for the processing of PIP applications at any stage.

You can only ring and ask. We have many people whose claims are being processed quickly and even more that aren't.

Hi Adrian,

It's 9 weeks today that the DWP received my PIP review form and package. I phoned a few days later and I was told it was with the Assessment Provider.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Phrank.
