I have recently received a LEAP letter and I am unsure on what I should do next. Should I be asking for another Mandatory Reconsideration? Any advice would be greatly appreciated Thank you
It would depend on what the LEAP letter says. The last one I saw stated that they have review the decision and nothing has changed. The person it was sent to had been awarded enhanced mobility at a Tribunal hearing therefore the LEAP decision did not apply to them.
