PIP Review was created by pennysmith10@hotmail.com
I was due to be reviewed this coming October. It was put back due to corona virus till July 2021.
I have just received letter in WHITE envelope to say that DWP have changed how long my pip award is for and it is now for ongoing period and has no end date. It goes on to say that this is because DWP have changed how often they review awards for claimants who have reached State Pension Age.
I was hoping to be reviewed as when I changed from DLA to PIP I went from enhanced mobility to standard scoring only 10 points out of 12. But nevertheless rather than go through the stress of appealing I am just glad with what I’ve got.

Hi Penny
Your email address is showing and I would change it immediately- follow the instructions in the following FAQ
My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
Unfortunately, if you wanted to upgrade your mobility, you need to have challenged it before you were 65 which you could have done by putting in a 'change of circumstances' Once a claimant has hit 65 - mobility cannot be awarded if someone has not qualified for an award or cannot be upgraded from standard to enhanced.

Hi Penny
Once you reach state pension age your mobility component cannot be upgraded.
