I've filled my pip claim form online and I have tried to return form online but all I get is a message saying "there has been a problem please try again later or contact us on the phone number for help. I phoned the number but the guy I spoke to didn't have a clue and said he will send me a paper form but to keep trying online in the meantime. So was wondering if anyone else has had this problem
Unfortunately, as far as I know, it is not possible to submit an online claim for PIP. There are sample forms out there, but you need to get a paper form from the DWP and send it back by post.
I understand that they are looking at moving into the C21, but have not made it yet.
