PIP form was created by Francesca
Hi

I'm informing PIP of a worsening condition re anxiety and depression and new condition.
On my first pip application I recieved points for needing prompting to prepare a meal but not for eating as they said unless there was a weight problem it wasn't an issue.

Now after having blood tests to try and discover why I'm so tired all the time I was found to have very low vitamin D (no surprise, as I hardly ever leave the house unless for a medical appointment and sometimes can't manage that.) So was put on a six month course of high dose vitamin D

Also, I've been put on iron tablets and folic acid for four months as my levels were low.
I wanted to know is it worth mentioning this or would it not make any difference to the taking nutrition questions?
Thank you for any help.

Hi Francesca

I suspect it will make little difference, but I'm not an assessor and I always suggest people mention things rather than keep things back.
