I was just wondering if anybody had any information about the online form for PIP. I've just completed one for my mum, we submitted it early this morning, but still a little lost about it despite filling it out.
I think my main questions, is anybody is able to answer them, are how long is it before they receive it and confirm its being processed and how have other people found it. It's weird because I've filled out 3 paper forms myself and now on my mum's first application for PIP she was given an online application.
But yeah, I haven't managed to find too much information about it except about them trialling it last year but I wasn't aware it had come into effect.
Any information, even if it's just 'we don't really know much' would be appreciated!
That is interesting. As far as I am aware they are still trialing the online form, and I know someone I am supporting was received one of the old paper forms last week.
