legacy benefits was created by jossmer
So say you’ve been on legacy benefits all this time, but decide to start work before this decision is made, forcing you onto universal credit. Would you still be eligible for the back payment?

Cannot answer your question as you do not give enough information such as what stage were you at before starting work, I assume we are talking about ESA but are we talking about Income based or contribution based?
