Your question is really outside the scope of this forum, but I am pretty sure the answer will be no, they cannot see it.
Hopefully someone else will be able to give you a definitive answer on that one.

The answer to this is NO they can't as long as you change it on your phone settings to withhold your number I do it when phoning the DWP. The reason I know this works because the DWP always try to get a number from me and I just say I don't give out phone numbers.
I was formely known as (GoingOffMyHeadWithThisGovernment) Won PIP November 2017 ongoing award HR both. Now kept and got my ESA Support group but took a while.
